From time to time you may experience issues with your device and we want to make sure we can rectify the problems in a timely manner.

Below is a table of fees and charges for a variety of issues not covered by warranty (excludes GST).

In the event that your machine is covered by warranty One Education will pay for return shipping of your device. If the machine can not be repaired, you will be provided with a replacement device.
